We are currently hiring for all lead teacher positions from infants through Pre-K.
As a DHR licensed center, you will receive a $3,000 quarterly bonus for each quarter you are employed by AIM through the third quarter of 2023.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of preschool experience as well as a CDA or Child Development Basic Certificate from an accredited Alabama community college.
Associate degrees or higher in early child education are preferred.
