We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Plant Training Coordinator our manufacturing operations located in Cullman, Alabama.
Responsibilities
Roles & Reponsibilites:
Training Needs Assessment:
Identify training needs within our organization by assessing employee skills and performance.
Develop tailored development plans for individual employees to address their specific training requirement.
Ensure that training content aligns with our organizational goals and industry best practices.
Oversee the coordination of both internal and external training sessions for employees.
Administer the Rehau Test System, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the testing process.
Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives by collecting and analyzing feedback and performance data.
Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results.
Maintain the SuccessFactor database for reporting and audit purposes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of employee training.
Provide on-the-job coaching and training to employees, supporting their skill development and performance improvement.
Keep comprehensive training profiles for all positions within the organization, maintaining an organized record of employee development.
Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and managers to discuss training needs and align training efforts with organizational goals.
Experience and Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.
).
Flexibility to work a variable schedule to accommodate training needs across all shifts and departments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
