We are seeking outgoing, business-minded, and customer service driven Wellness Specialist to join our team.

The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.
Effective communication is a key to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
There will be many different people to meet and work with.
The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above.
A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems.
A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.
Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
* Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
* Track interactions in MOB - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development
* Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
* Maintain working product and services knowledge - Act as a modality expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
* Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
* Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.
* Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
Minimum Requirements:
* 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
* Passion for creating customer experiences with above and beyond service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
* Familiarity with MindBody system a plus, not required
* Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
* Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
