This is a great position for a recent graduate interested in a Medical Administrative Business position.
This person is responsible for client and patient relations, office organization, and general assistance of leadership level staff.

This position is full-time, 1st shift.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma Required
Degree in Business Management Preferred
Degree in Medical Office Management Preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of administrative principles and practices
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication
Proven ability to effectively manage and interact with a staff of 20 or more.
Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and basic computer skills
Ability to work with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to organize and prioritize workflow.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.
Spanish Speaking preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Relationship management and communication by phone and as first person upon entering clinic.
Maintains detailed and organized accounts for patients at intake/registration.
Establishes and maintains Registration Paperwork
Keeps office organized.
Completes and maintains all Registration paperwork and documents.
Communication with Pediatricians and Referring Providers
Upholds the Vision and Therapy Values of MBT and holds other employees accountable in the absence of the Director and Clinical Supervisor
Maintains good client relations through emails, phone calls, general interactions.
Arranges Maintenance, repairs, cleanings, and other small administrative tasks.
Responsible for Opening and Closing clinic.
Maintains Intakes & Waitlist under the supervision of the Intake Coordinator
Keeps office organized and running efficiently.
Scheduling and Confirming Appointments
Data Entry
Providing support to both the Director and Psychologist as needed
Keeping Office area maintained and presentable.
Upholding company values to patients and outside public in all communications and interactions
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to speak Spanish is Highly Preferred
This is a Full-time position, and the candidate must be available to work full-time hours.
