CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting an experienced Program Financial Analyst to join our NASA Consolidation Applications and Platforms (NCAPS) team.
As a member of the NCAPS Team, you will support the men and women leading America’s Space Exploration.
The Program Financial Analyst (PFA) is responsible for all program financials.
Requirements may include program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multiyear planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
What you’ll get to do: Work collaboratively as a member of the PFA team supporting the program and take direction from the PFA Lead Work collaboratively with and provide financial support to the program manager in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data.
Work collaboratively with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontracts, HR, etc.
) to support the program manager with other complex contract, project or business related tasks.
Reviews contract awards and modifications to assure that accounting, billing, finance and funding are aligned properly in the relevant systems.
Prepares project cost/schedule baselines, preparation of monthly management financial reports, assists with preparation of monthly program review and participates in monthly PMR meetings.
Supports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly quarterly and annual updates.
Identify and quantify any potential Risks and Opportunities not in the forecast.
Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations.
Perform financial analysis in support of ongoing program management.
Support internal financial reporting deliverables as directed by the PFA Manager, such as monthly variance analysis and monthly forecast updates.
Supports all customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provides statistical reports with regards to client funding utilization.
Supports decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation of financial plans and operating forecasts to ensure effective execution of program financials against the bid and cost baselines.
Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects.
Ensure propriety of employee and subcontractor labor charging.
Ensure that clients are billed on time and all charges are accurate and supported.
Responsible for all monthly accounts payable status and ensure timely and accurate posting of all month end accruals.

citizen and have Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust 5+ years of relevant prior experience Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Hyperion, SmartView, COGNOS, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Prior experience with program control & financial analysis support Expertise with variance analysis, cost baseline preparation and reviews, break-even, and other ad hoc analysis Must have at least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, cost collection, invoicing, and revenue recognition, as well as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and Vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $62,200-$130,600
