The CFO will provide leadership, vision, and management for the corporate financial operations control, administration, and reporting to the Executive Leadership.
The CFO directly oversees and supervises the financial/accounting staff and other departments as directed by Executive Leadership.
The CFO serves as an active member of the Executive Management Team helping to develop and implement Radiance's vision and mission.
The CFO regularly briefs Leadership and the Board, identifying risks and risk mitigation options.
Position Description
Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets and indirect rates.
Prepare and monitor cash flow projections.
Evaluate profit issues and solution for each business sector.
Evaluate business sector waterfalls for profit compliance.
Facilitate internal and external audits.
Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options and lease administration to support company growth needs.
Develop and coordinate all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting.
Ensure that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Assist senior management in financial planning and results management.
Work with other team members to understand revenue, cost drivers, and define appropriate reports for tracking.
Coordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Analyze IRS evaluations of Radiance corporate plans such as 401(k) compliance and coordinate and/or prepare tax schedules, returns and information.
Manage relationships with insurance providers and ensure compliance.
Manage all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes.
Complete travel to designated locations as defined, CONUS and OCONUS.
Required Experience
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a Master’s degree and CPA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a CFO or accounting controller role
Must have successful audit experience with DCAA, DCMA, DOL, GSA, and other agencies.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Administer and communicate the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to employees and shareholders.
Facilitate annual valuations, distribute shares, and ensure compliance with ESOP regulations.
