We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically adept Cost Analyst to become a crucial part of our operations.
As a key player, you'll validate life cycle cost estimates, support critical review boards, and collaborate closely with management tiers within Program Management Offices and the Program Executive Office.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Validate and support Program Management Office Life Cycle Cost Estimates across various phases and support review board working groups.
* Engage with various levels of management to provide in-depth analysis and support.
* Utilize technical tools such as ACEIT to develop sophisticated cost estimating relationships, learning curves, and rate slopes.
* Independently plan and prioritize a diverse workload in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
* Employ operations research, statistical, and mathematical techniques for cost estimating and analysis.
* Establish credible cost databases, interpret engineering and cost data, and develop parametric cost estimating models.
* Apply statistical and quantitative risk assessment models as required.
*What We Require:*
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a strong math/statistical background.
* At least 12 years of experience in cost estimating and analysis.
* Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Familiarity with DoD financial databases and processes.
* Proficient in cost estimating software tools, with ACEIT experience preferred.
* Expertise in developing DoD Life Cycle Cost Estimates and automated cost models.
* Active in-scope security clearance.
*What Sets You Apart:*
* Certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA), Professional Cost Estimator/Analyst (PCEA), or affiliation with ICEAA.
