Our growing regional public accounting firm is looking for a Receptionist for our Huntsville office.
Duties of the position will include: Greeting clients, offering beverages, and offering a welcoming atmosphere Answering and managing internal phone system Assemble tax returns, coordinate client pick up and drop off, both physical and electronic mediums Thorough and effective communication of client required action on returns Sorting, processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail Running errands for the firm General upkeep of common area kitchen, restocking beverages, making coffee Perform other duties/projects as assigned by managers and partners BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with client interaction and customer service Experience in a professional office environment, including administration of accounts receivable and payable Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills Ability to work overtime hours on occasion as needed Valid drivers license
