*Office Administrator and Bookkeeper- AMP Quality Energy Services, LLC*
AMP Quality Energy Services is looking to add an experienced office administrator/bookkeeper to our growing administrative team.

*Core Responsibilities*:
* Process accounts payables and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly and accurately.
* Generate financial reports for management, bank, CPA, and others, as needed.
* Coordinate administrative activities throughout the company to promote quality, efficiency, and company policy compliance.
* Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence to promote prompt follow-up and closed-loop communications.
* Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing information, and directing requests to the appropriate department and personnel.

* Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors.
* Support the CEO and COO in a diversity of executive-level functions including budgets, proposals, strategic planning, and performance metrics
* Other functions and responsibilities as assigned
*Requirements:*
* Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
* Organized individual, with excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and able to change priorities quickly and work effectively under deadlines
* Document and resolve account issues with the finance team as they occur
* Must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
* Proficient in Google Sheets, Gmail, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* This position is expected to be in-person, full time
*Education and Experience:*
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
* Familiarity with a small business and service/contracting industry is a plus
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* A degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
