Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and post receipts for goods sold or services rendered
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Maintain vendor files and ensure the accuracy of financial records
Prepare and perform check runs, electronic transfers, and payments
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts payable status
Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure fiscal discipline and budget adherence
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in data entry and management
Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Knowledge of accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
