Full Charge Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

*Full description* We are looking to hire a Part Time Bookkeeper who in this role will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the Company and Owners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company including monthly and annual financial reports * Manage AR and AP * Reconcile daily deposits and input into QBO * Audit Vendor invoices and input into QBO * Reconcile daily receipts and make deposits * Reconcile monthly bank statements for multiple accounts * Monitor on hand office & housekeeping supplies and purchase as needed *Qualifications / Experience Necessary:* * Five years of experience in accounting is required * Must have experience using QuickBooks Online * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Attention to accuracy, detail and organization * Excellent ability to communicate effectively with others * Excellent work ethic * Able to multi-task and meet deadlines * Able to effectively and efficiently run the Accounting Department Job Type: Part-time Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Decatur, AL 35601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
