*Harvard Grace* is seeking a corporate controller for a private equity real estate firm.
The firm has grown from start-up to in excess of $20M AUM in less than two years with plans to reach $175M AUM within five years.
Our founder is a CPA with dozens of years’ experience in business and real estate.
We anticipate our growth will result in multiple independent property holding LLCs each with its own financial reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate is an individual with a college degree focused on finance or accounting, three plus years’ experience as a professional in the small -medium business segment.
*The position responsibilities include:*
· *Confidentiality: *Keep personal identification information of our investors confidential.
· *Financial Reporting: *Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· *Budgeting and Forecasting: *Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasting process for multiple properties and entities.
· *Internal Controls: *Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
· *Cash Management: *Manage cash flow and optimize working capital to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
· *Tax Compliance: *Oversee all tax-related matters, including preparation, filing, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· *Payroll Management: *Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including payroll tax compliance.
· *Financial Analysis: *Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
· *Valuable Team Member*: Work along side CEO and other team member as a valuable contributor to the organizational direction and strategy.
· *Other duties*: Performs other business and financial initiatives as assigned.
