*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Drive Customer Interaction
· Telephone Calls, Personal Visits
* Know our Customers
· Their actual story, not just the account statistics
* Have a great sense of urgency
· Getting involved early when a customer is delinquent gives us the best opportunity to solve their issue before it’s too late
* Routinely do standard math to help understand how we can help a customer get back on track
*Qualifications:*
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Experience in customer service
* Be able to perform the essential math duties required to help resolve customer financial issues
*Advancement Opportunities*: Associates in the area of collections are measured on a quarterly basis within their respective regions as well as measured along with the entire company’s workforce.
Associates who are consistently in the top 20% of Account Representatives company wide will be shared with our internal recruiting group looking for management or to fill new roles as our company grows.
*Compensation:*
New Account Representatives start at *$13.
75 *per hour.
*Education and/or Experience: *High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
