*Role Descriptions:*
As a Senior CAS Accountant, you will serve as a key liaison between our tax division and our valued clients.
You will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing effective & efficient accounting services, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support in their financial matters.

* Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique financial goals, challenges, and needs
* Analyze and interpret client financial statements, reports, and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
* Oversee and perform a wide range of accounting services for clients, including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, sales tax and payroll processing
* Manage & prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely delivery
* Complete projects within budget
* Collaborate with other CAS & Tax team members to ensure seamless integration of accounting and tax services
* Collaborate with Tax & CAS Managers to proactively identify opportunities and accounting solutions for clients
* Stay up to date with accounting standards and regulations, ensuring clients' financial activities adhere to all applicable laws
* Ensure that all deliverables adhere to the firm’s quality control procedures
* Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally
* Be proactive in communicating to the CAS Manager the needs and/or issues of the CAS department, whether with staffing, training, technology, processes, cross-functional workflow bottlenecks, etc.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth
* Monitor and review the work of junior staff to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables
* Stay current with federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning sales tax, business licenses, business personal property, and payroll
* Stay current with financial accounting principles & standards, particularly as it relates to prepared statements and compilations
* Stay current with changes in accounting software and other accounting technology tools to ensure that you are offering our clients innovative accounting solutions
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting preferred but not required)
* Ability to review projects & provide valuable feedback
* Excellent organizational & time management skills
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Proficient with accounting software
* Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
* In depth knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting, including GAAP
* Consistently achieves profitability & realization on assigned projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
00 - $60,000.
