Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant

Local CPA firm is seeking an *EXPERIENCED* bookkeeper who likes a fast paced work environment.
Candidate will be responsible for the daily accounting duties for several of our dental and medical practice clients.
Responsibilities include using QuickBooks for data entry of cash receipts, accounts payable, credit card charges as well as maintaining other necessary accounting records and performing routine office functions.
Candidate will also be responsible for processing clients payrolls as well as making appropriate tax deposits and filing necessary payroll tax returns.
Monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
Position for a Monday-Friday work week.
*Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is a must* .
Compensation will be based on candidate's experience therefore *candidate should include desired compensation with their resume/application when submitting* .
