Need a place to park and live in my 26ft camper (5pts. So.Hsv. madison county)

I am in need of a driveway or Alley access property to park and live in my Camper.
I will need 120v electricity and water hookup.
I dont care if its in hsv or outside the city.
I can only afford $200.
month for at least 3 months (thru march).
I am 62 single non smoker non drinker very quiet to myself kind of guy.
with an 8 yo retired working retriever.
( akc registered, NON destructive very well trained and Quiet.
) I need this as soon As possible.
