We are looking for someone to sublet these rooms until the end of the current lease term, which ends 8/31/24, and ideally sign on to the yearly lease beginning 9/1/24.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: This cozy apartment has one main dining-living area, a kitchenette, and one bathroom.
Coin-op laundry is available in the basement, and a few laundromats are walking distance too.
We are on the fourth floor of a walk-up building (stairs only) with five other apartments.
The building is quiet and maintenance is super responsive.
There will be space in the common areas for your furniture too if you have any you want to bring.
ABOUT YOUR ROOM: The open bedrooms are cozy and bright, and have a decent-sized closet.
They will be unfurnished.
Check out that beautiful full wall of exposed brick! A double or full-size bed will fit in room 1, and a queen-size bed will fit in room 2.
ABOUT US: We are friendly women in our mid-20s.
We enjoy spending time at the apartment and keeping things quiet at night.
We share cleaning responsibilities, and like to keep a tidy apartment.
ABOUT YOU: We are looking for someone to sublet until the end of the current lease term, then ideally sign on to the 9/1/24 lease.
Must be working full time or a graduate student.
We’d prefer to live with someone who identifies as female.
Sadly, no pets allowed.
