Available is a furnished private room with keyed door.
There is no application fee and no credit score checks.
Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating and cooling, internet, washer & dryer, and trash pickup fee ) Tenant will get one off-street parking included in the rent as well.
The tenant will have full access to the kitchen.
No pets are allowed in the house or the room.
Tenant must be working and provide proof of income.
Rent is 700 for 12-month lease, $750 for 6-9 months lease $800 for 3-6 months lease.
Tenant can decide the duration of the lease.
There is a $400 refundable deposit.
No drugs allowed on the property.
Any illegal activity will be reported to the police.
Smoking cigarettes , vaping and dipping are allowed only outside.
Tenant must be organized, clean and quiet.
No parties, no gatherings, no gambling.
