$400 / 2br - Looking for roommate (Huntsville)

Looking for a trustworthy roommate.
I have a 2 bedroom townhouse and I’d like to lease out one of my extra rooms.
I’d prefer someone around my age (25) but age isn’t a problem as long as you're respectful and can pay rent on time.
All I’m charging is 400 bucks, that includes rent, water, electricity and wifi.
I’m just trying to save up a little extra cash for a house in a year or two.
The room is unfurnished, but if you need help furnishing it I don't mind helping out.
I also have a dog, but shes nice and friendly, can be kept in my room when away
