I have a large room with wood floors, 2 windows, 2 closets with built in drawers which fits directly across from a shared bathroom.
I don't supplying a bed for the right candidate.
Otherwise, the room is unfinished.
Looking for a renter who is employed, drama free and respects an adult household.
We all work and respect quiet time after 9 pm.
House has a large kitchen with island and all kitchen utensils.
There is a covered front porch and very large rear deck that I keep looking nice with potted plants and sitting areas.
House is very private and semi rural but only 3 minutes from downtown and all that it offers.
3 Caves hiking trail is a 4 minute drive.
Monte Sano State Park is close by.
$200 deposit secures the room along with a personal reference and if course a pre interview with me over the phone.
