We have two rooms available in our big house.
Message at(𝟱𝟬𝟵) 𝟳𝟳𝟴-𝟰𝟰 𝟮𝟳 The master (1600) and the downstairs bedroom (1200) if both get filled, it's much cheaper for each.
Both rooms are medium to large in size and have walk in closets.
Its a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms, currently with two roommates - myself (31, high school teacher on sabbatical) and my roommate Holly (24, works in housing advocacy).
We hang out a bit, but also do a lot of our own things - you might find me watching a warriors game in the evening, going to our local trivia night, playing pickup basketball, playing chess or poker (or any card/board game for that matter), reading a book or watching a movie.
Neither of us really dominate the at home space, we're both out and about a good amount!
The house is old, but large, and has a lot of space for different things - we have a whole basement which has been converted into a workout room, music studio, art studio and more - it's huge! We also have a full backyard.
Inside the house we have the usual "must haves" between a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a pretty basic kitchen, living room, dining room and tons of closets for storage.
month to month, no requirement to sign anything, no deposit required.
Unfortunately, no pets, no smokers and no couples allowed.
