Only the common areas are shared.
Must be ok with an inside only cat.
Room includes: TV, Nightstand and bed.
Internet, power, water and lawn care is included in the rent .
Deposit is $750 and rent is $187 PER WEEK.
I will NOT accept payment on a monthly basis ( I’ve had problems in the past ).
No smoking, parties, or drugs.
Home is located in SE Decatur behind Decatur Morgan Hospital.
