Room has wood floors with plenty of natural light via 3 windows.
There is a nice small fridge in room.
There is a well appointed large kitchen and large back deck for relaxing.
Candidate for this room is employed, tidy and respects quiet time.
Ideal candidate works on the Arsenal, for the DOD, or similar.
This is a working household that values quiet time.
