I have a furnished condo that has two master suites and one of the rooms is available and is ready to view NOW! The condo was decorated in a modern fashion and is set up perfectly with a great common area that has everything you need.
The condo is 1170 sq.
ft.
, so there's plenty of room.
It has everything you could need, including an easy going "landlord".
Rent and a security deposit is all that is needed to move in.
Here is a description, room by room:
Bedroom: The bedroom itself is 12ft.
x 12ft.
with overhead lighting/ceiling fan with a HUGE WALK IN CLOSET that is 8ft.
x 8ft.
You literally cannot fill it, it has that much room.
It can be furnished with a nice full sized bed, if needed, and other furniture.
The bathroom is attached to the bedroom and it is secluded with both bedrooms having their own bathroom, so its a true master suite.
Each master suite has access to its own balcony.
Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need, from all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, full size refrigerator and garbage disposal.
There is also a FULL WASHER AND DRYER, which is ready for communal use.
Living room: In the living room, I furnished the entire thing with a collection from Ashley's Furniture and it looks tasteful and modern.
There is WiFi set up, a television, a HUGE study desk (used it several times myself for late night essay writing) and a full dining room set in the living room as well.
All of the overhead fixtures were updated in this room recently also.
This condo is literally ready to go to the point that you just need to bring your clothes, some towels and some sheets.
It doesn't get any better than this for this price.
Utilities/cable/internet are split in half with the other tenant and are extremely reasonable! We do require a security deposit in the same amount as one months rent.
