This house is in a perfectly accessible location in Huntsville; literally 10 minutes or less away from EVERYTHING with a one minute drive to I-565.
Shopping and grocery stores are within 3 or 4 minutes drive - Bridgestreet is right there and UAH, EVEN CLOSER! You will not find cheaper rent in this area than this house.
High Speed Google fiber internet is already setup for community use.
The house has all major kitchen appliances (disposal, microwave, stove, dishwasher) and a washer and dryer too.
The house is totally furnished, but if you have your own we would be happy to move ours into garage or storage shed.
Also, not pictured, is the full bar/pool table in the bonus room.
We are also looking for personality more than just someone in the house.
We have made that mistake once before and won't do it again.
We want someone who is respectful, laid back and easy going, as we are the exact same.
