A refundable security deposit of $520 is due at lease signing.
Rent includes WiFi, garbage pick up, water, and electricity.
You'll also get 1 covered parking space.
The house was built in 1905 and is 2700 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3 housemates.
You'd be the 4th.
The bedroom you'll be renting is the only upstairs room and has a spacious closet, and big windows that let in lots of light.
The common areas are all fully furnished and there's a nice yard and BBQ.
The kitchen has all the appliances and we share space in the fridge and cabinets.
We're respectful of each others things.
Pretty simple!
We all work full time so we're looking for a courteous roommate who can be a polite, respectful member of the household.
Overnight guests are not allowed.
We just want a peaceful space where we can all cohabitate in harmony.
Your housemates would be: Michael, Dale, and Kris.
Only Michael and Dale live in the house full time.
Kris is only in the house two days a week.
