I'm planning on getting a dog/cat sometime soon and thus am not looking for roommates with pets as I want this to feel like their home.

The house is centrally located in a nice and quiet neighborhood full of other single-family homes.
The property has a good sized yard that backs up to an open space, so we only have neighbors on either side of the house! The rooms look out into the backyard/open space and are ideal for someone looking for a more tranquil housing situation.
Lots of little walking trails, if that is something that interests you.
We're right down the street from Milavec reservoir and Frederick recreation area, so there's plenty of opportunity to get outside and go swim, paddleboard, fish, or just walk around the reservoir! I paddleboard pretty regularly, so I'll be over there quite a bit!
A garage space is available for a little extra! I have a 2-car garage, so if you're interested in garage parking that can be arranged.
Otherwise, the street/driveway is available for parking.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
There is a full kitchen that I keep pretty stocked with any utensils/appliances you could need for the most part.
The house is in the process of being furnished (just moved in recently, so working on this) though the rooms will come entirely unfurnished.
The bathroom will be shared with the one other tenant.
Overall, the house is in great condition and I am looking for people that will respect and maintain the space! Utilities are included in the price of rent for simplicity's sake, and I'm pretty flexible with how that gets paid.
