The Lodge Cast Iron Factory Store Manager is someone who is highly motivated, industrious, with a customer focused approach and who has a genuine passion for creating positive, memorable experiences.
You will help cultivate an environment where your team inspires customers on all points of their retail journey.
You proactively work with and develop your team to be equipped with the necessary skillset to discover your customer’s individual needs and create unique experiences within our store and build positive, long-lasting relationships.
As a Store Manager, you will lead the store team by serving as the role model and knowledge expert for the sales associates in generating sales, setting the tone of the customer’s experience and providing memorable customer experiences.
As well as level setting expectations, increasing and driving overall efficiencies with the operational brand associates.
The Store Manager is also responsible for inspiring and setting the expectation of our brand associates experience by fostering an environment of respect, trust and honesty through clear and consistent direction, goal setting, in the moment coaching, training and support.

Ideally, we are seeking individuals with previous retail management experience and has a proven track record of working within a customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
Manages and prioritizes the daily functions of the store.
Actively recruits and hires based on staffing needs.
Partners is development of action plans to achieve store goals.
Identifies business trends though report analytics to accurately maintain product levels to support the business.
Analyze KPIs to consistently drive profitable sales growth.
Educates and trains team to ensure store is set to merchandising expectations
Maintains accurate inventory levels through routine spot audits and full store inventory counts.
Work to develop a high-performing team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
Lead and Model customer engagement expectations
Execute and supervise assignments as directed by upper field team.
Recognize team and show appreciation and for individual talents and contributions.
Create unique, engaging experiences for customers by sharing product expertise.
Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards through training and development of store team.
Cultivate an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our company’s purpose and values.
Supports shipping and receiving products when necessary.
All other duties assigned.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of retail management experience
Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with digital point-of-sale systems.
Cash handling and register proficiency.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Recruitment and HR knowledge.
Organized with problem-solving abilities.
Physical Demands:
Repeatedly lift up to 30 pounds.
Standing on a solid surface for up to 10 hours or more.
Climbing, bending, pushing, kneeling, and pulling.
