Front Desk Specialist

We have an open role for a full time, well-organized and motivated Front Desk Specialist.
The Front Desk Specialist will assist in managing the day to day salon operations, the front salon area, guest services and needs, and provide positive first class impressions along with welcoming guests.
We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is eager to thrive in a challenging environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality support and customer service.
Experience preferred, however, we will train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate for this position would have experience in: * Work experience as a Receptionist, Guest Attendant, or similar role * Experience with appointment reservations software * Customer service attitude * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Understanding, or experience working in beauty industry * Experience in Retail Sales * Leadership *Responsibilities* * Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, to include taking payments * Scheduling and following through with creating online and call-in appointments * Register guests to collect necessary information * Welcome guests upon their arrival * Provide information about our salon, available services and products * Respond to guests’ concerns in a timely and professional manner * Upsell additional services when appropriate * Retail sales, retail displays and promotions * Creating and keeping the front areas of the salon and retail displays clean and attractive * Assisting with managing staff schedules * Maintain a stylish and professional appearance * Monitoring and responding to emails Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.
