As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
### Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their purchases - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Scan items, ensure pricing accuracy, and process payments - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services - Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels - Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue ### Experience: - Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills - Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required - Experience in retail sales or jewelry sales is a plus At our company, we value our employees and offer opportunities for growth and development.
