Fuel Station Attendant

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide information on different fuel types - Monitor fuel levels and restock fuel as needed - Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel pumps and restocking supplies - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Experience: - Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required - Familiarity with operating a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic technical sales knowledge to assist customers with fuel-related inquiries - Ability to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Retail sales experience is a plus As a Gas Station Attendant, you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station.
