Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product selection
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of technical sales or wireless products is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
