Cashier/Front Line

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team.
As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front end area.
This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front end area - Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations - Experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
