Shift Lead

Summary/Objective: The Shift Leader is trained to perform all duties performed by the crew members, with additional responsibility for leading in the absence of the GM and AGM, ensuring that every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly.
To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to supervise/lead a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately.
Key Competencies: Excellent Menu and product knowledge Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to improve skillsets.
Able to communicate effectively with guests.
Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs.
Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.
Key Holder Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store.
Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people
