About This Position
The Program Finance Manager is responsible for the direction and management of compliant financial processes, analysis and reporting of the Projects' financial performance.
Responsibilities
Determine and implement compliant methods and processes across the enterprise to include monthly revenue recognition, Estimates at Completion (EACs) and project performance.
Complete revenue, profit, and billings forecasts on a monthly basis.
Ensure an efficient and streamlined project set-up process is in place, in conjunction with review of new contract documents, and complies with ASC606 requirements.
Provide pipeline support for business development by generating historical data for similar awards.
Prepare monthly financial overview and metrics to present to program managers and executive leadership.
Generate and manage comprehensive billing schedules to ensure timely customer invoicing.
Qualifications
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain Management equivalent required.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the Government Defense Contracting industry.
Minimum 5 years' experience managing a Program Finance Organization required.
Knowledgeable in GAAP requirements as it relates to revenue and profit recognition required.
Knowledge of government contract terms and indirect rate pools required, FAR and CAS.
Knowledge and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Financial Planning, Accounting, and/or Cost Accounting is a plus.
Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
