Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager for our Houston office.
Primary responsibility for directing, coordinating, and supervising finance and administrative service functions for assigned market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reviews and/or directs the preparation of monthly financial reports, including analyzing budget vs.
actual results and reviewing them with management - Prepares financial forecasts and coordinates with homebuilding functional leaders to prepare and review - Coordinates cross-functionally with other department leaders to identify areas of opportunity and help implement improved processes - Prepares and / or assists with Land Underwriting to ensure Land Committee submissions are complete and accurate - Facilitates workflow between Corporate Accounting and Division operations Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field) Required Experience: Minimum 4 years public accounting/homebuilding experience a plus
