We have an immediate opening for a Lead Modeling and Simulation Systems Engineer with Missile-Defense/Defensive-Counter-Air analysis experience in Huntsville, AL Salary based on relevant experience and education.
This is a great opportunity to build and lead a team of MBSE to support Capstone's customer base including the Services and the Missile Defense Agency.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead an MSE team to support Systems Engineering efforts for our customers.
MBSE team will support MDA, Army, Navy, and Air Force customer programs.
Leading a team to:
Use MBSE tools (CAMEO) and techniques to support requirements development, system design, and the development of use cases for selected systems.
Develop, maintain, and assess models using modeling languages.
Develop system models using data architectures and data models to facilitate interoperability.
Implement and manage system architectures in the MBSE environment.
Develop and evaluate systems using standardized measures of performance and effectiveness.
Provide engineering level input to system models under development.
Execute complex system of systems analysis plans.
Review and create/update system requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
Participate in periodic program reviews and technical presentations to Government stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
Seven (7) years' Technical and Software experience.
DoD/Joint systems analysis.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex system-of-systems analysis efforts.
Experience with DoD operations, concepts, and technologies and their supporting sensors, effectors, and networks.
Development Experience using CAMEO, C++, MATLAB.
Good problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Citizen and hold an Active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS SCI
Additional Desired Experience
Experienced conducting analysis and development in AFSIM.
Experienced conducting analysis and development of sensor, communications, or C2 systems.
Experience with various sensor/information fusion technologies and approaches (e.
g.
Kalman and Bayesian filters)
Experience with IAMD composite tracking networks such as IBCS IFCN and/or CEC
