As a Trident Supervisor, the Field Supervisor is critical to the success of this mission.
You are the eyes and ears of the company and in most cases, the first line support for our Security Specialists.

Our Security Specialists are the heart of our operation, and they are critically important to ensure its smooth operation.
As such, they are required to be highly dependable, and pay close attention to detail.
This position will require the capability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and multi-task.
Essential Tasks/Duties • Provide Tier-1 customer service when interacting with members of the public.
• Receive and document customer questions or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate TRIDENT representative • Ensure all issues and complaints are fully documented and properly escalated to TRIDENT and the Client as appropriate • Ensure all active posts (including temporary or ad-hoc jobs) are properly covered at all times during your shift.
This includes handling call-outs and finding suitable coverage as needed.
This may include standing down at posts where suitable coverage cannot be found.
• Oversee the workflow, schedules, and assignments of the Security Specialists across multiple locations.
• Inspect every active post and Security Specialist at least once per week to ensure the quality and compliance in the following areas: • Security Specialists well-being, including health and safety.
• Compliance with Customer requirements.
• Compliance with TRIDENT requirements • Uniform quality and compliance.
• Post orders are always up to date and relevant.
• Receive, document, and escalate Security Specialists questions and concerns to the Staff Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Be able to effectively navigate and train Security Specialists on all of Tridents operating systems i.
e.
(Silver Trac, WhatsApp, and QuickBooks).
• Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing officers.
• Ensure every new officer is visited at least once per shift for the first week of their employment.
• Document all call outs via the Operations phone, take messages and be able to answer questions pertaining to shifts, sites, and scope of operations.
• Respond to and report ALL emergency situations during your shift.
• Immediately contact the Staff Supervisor for the following: personnel injuries, equipment or property damage, theft or unusual occurrences.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by Trident.
• Be able to communicate effectively with the client POC on all emergencies, security issues, and/or areas of concern.
