Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive revenue and meet/exceed sales targets.
* Lead the pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and establishing operational procedures
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, maximize profitability, and achieve financial targets
- Foster a positive work environment, leading and motivating a diverse team to deliver outstanding results
- Maintain brand standards and uphold quality assurance measures across all departments
Experience:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably with upscale or boutique hotels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of the Huntsville market and local hospitality landscape is a plus
