The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average.
The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or Saturday.

Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
Assists Branch Manager with the growth and development of the branch
Supports Branch Manager and the team with establishing and executing employee and branch goals
Communicates performance observations with Branch Manager
Supports Branch Manager with upholding customer service standards
Consistently executes delinquency and loan production goals that align with Branch Targets
Takes initiative to problem solve and support team members
Participates in interview and selection for branch hires
Assists the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations and when needed, serves as relief Branch Manager in their absence
Qualifications:
What you should have:
1 year experience in Consumer Finance Industry preferred
Strong sales skills preferred
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask, effectively manage time, and problem solve
Able and willing to be promoted to Branch Manager within a reasonable commute.
Willingness to relocate within your District/Division is a plus
Willingness to provide relief to other branches within your geographical District/Division is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
