```Duties```
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for food preparation and service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry
- Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and customer service principles
- Excellent kitchen management skills, including inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
