*Responsibilities:*
We are a small company.
This position is responsible for all aspects of customer support, including:
* Maintaining prospect and customer databases
* Managing and configuring customer support tools
* Responding to customer support requests
* Supporting sales and marketing activities (quotes, orders, emails, etc.
)
* Assisting with other company administrative tasks
*Qualifications:*
* Excellent written communication skills
* Experience maintaining customer databases
* Experience using the Structured Query Language (SQL)
* A wizard at using Windows computers and common software programs
* Excellent organization and administrative skills
* Hard working, great attitude, servant spirit, teachable, friendly, and enthusiastic
* College degree is not required, but some amount of post-high school education is desirable
* Must be able to receive a U.
S.
Department of Defense security clearance (holding a _current_ clearance is not required)
