Responsibilities:
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is looking to hire a Director of Software Product Management who will be responsible for the design and planning of portfolio of operation and maintenance solutions.
These solutions are used by our customers to optimize the performance, reliability, and safety of their industrial facilities.
As a director, you will work closely with the strategy team to align the product roadmaps with the business goals.
You will also build and manage a team of product managers and product owners who will define the product requirements and prioritize the backlog.
You will collaborate with the software engineering teams to ensure that the products are built with high quality, user friendliness, and timely delivery.
You will also communicate the product vision and value proposition to the internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and customers.
Execute product strategy defined by strategy team and build roadmap for the operation and maintenance solutions portfolio.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners who will work with the agile software engineering teams.
Work with the strategy team and other stakeholders to understand the market needs, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
Work with the software engineering teams to ensure that the products are built and delivered timely with the best practices of software development, testing, and deployment.
Work with the sales, marketing, services, and customer success teams to communicate the product value proposition, features, and benefits.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to inform the product decisions and roadmap.
Measure and report on the product performance, adoption, and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software product management, preferably in the operation and maintenance domain.
Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of delivering complex software products that meet the customer needs and expectations.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with senior leadership and influence the strategic direction of the business.
Ability to lead and motivate a high caliber team of product managers and software engineering leads.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for building great products that solve real-world problems.
