is seeking an experienced, F&I Manager who can jump right into our team of professionals.
We are interested in candidates who have a proven track record of achieving success in sales and customer satisfaction in a dealership Finance Office.
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Present financial products, both insurance and investment protection menus
· Oversee all customer loan origination/approval
· Monitor and oversee timely processing including funding of contracts
· Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
· Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions
· Meet and exceed monthly objectives
· Ability to work Saturdays
*Qualifications:*
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Prior experience at an auto or RV dealership as a Finance/Business Manager preferred
· Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
· Computer Proficient
· Excellent selling skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent follow-through skills
· Closed on Sundays
· Potential Six figure income
*Compensation:* $12.
00 hourly rate, plus commission
