Wallet The Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Supervisor on Midnight Shift based out of our Huntsville, Alabama (MPH) location.
• Lead the production efforts of assigned zone according to schedule • Ensure that parts are produced to all quality standards and processes are being followed • Provide leadership to employees ensuring a positive environment focused on high levels of safety, productivity, and morale • Communicate with HR/Managers on training, recruiting, discipline • Work Hours: 10:30PM-7:30AM (m-f) STRAIGHT SHIFTS, no rotations Our Ideal Candidate: • Has around 3 years of similar experience • Can problem solve, communicate (written and verbal) and lead by example • High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Is ok working overtime We thank all candidates for their interest, however only those who qualify for an interview will be contacted.
