The Opportunity: The RN Supervisor with Venza Care at Cullman Health Care Center is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that patient care is delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
You will be the linchpin in our efforts to provide superior healthcare services and the mentor for our nursing team as they look to you for leadership and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care during evening shifts.
Coordinate and manage the admission process for new patients.
Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Current RN
Prior experience in a supervisory role and admissions in a healthcare setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
