Lost my help (Huntsville)

Trying desperately to find a way to pick up some work today So that I can pick up some necessity items from the store.
Willing to do just about any kind of job you might have.
I am a very clean white male in good shape and can do a variety of work and willing to learn jobs I am not familiar with in order to get help.
