Education:: High School Diploma Months/Years of Experience: :Four (4) years related experience or entry level experience with Bachelor's degree.

Citizen.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Ability to obtain unescorted access to Redstone Arsenal; special permits, certifications and government authorizations required by ASRI’s contracts with the government.
Desired Qualifications: :Bachelor's degree in business management or related field with an emphasis in contracts.
Subject matter expertise in the FAR and application to DoD contract management.
Skills Needed: :Microsoft Suite of products.
Professional oral communication skills with various team players.
Must excel in writing clearly, using proper legal and industry terminology and following regulations for contract writing.
Need a keen attention to detail, critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
Duties: :Will provide interface with Primes of ASRI as the Subcontractor and with Subcontractors with ASRI as the Prime contractor.
Review all Subcontract actions.
Prepare subcontract packages.
Provide support and advice to purchasing and buyers.
Perform periodic audits of on-site purchasing.
Execute Vendor Agreements/ Terms and Conditions, nondisclosure agreements and teaming agreements.
Provide support to proposal preparation and submission.
Set up Subcontracts in Costpoint (Initial/Mods) billing rates and Project Labor Categories.
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure contract compliance, resolve issues, and manage risks.
Interacts with contract management systems to ensure contracts are up to date, accurate and easily accessible.
