Summary/Objective
The primary responsibilities of the File Intake Specialist is to collect information from our Clients on new referral matters and enter the information into the Firm Case Management System.
Essential Functions.
Processing Referrals within Client Contractual Deadlines
Maintain daily communicated goals for number of files opened, as well as meeting any Client KPI requirements on SCRA and PACER requirements.
Communicating with Clients via email, Client System, or phone, as necessary.
Reviewing Referral Packages for deficiencies, and requesting any missing documents as necessary.
Creating Files within our Firm Operating System
Moderate Client Communication
Managing Email communications internally and externally
Competencies
High Attention to Detail
Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Multitask in a high volume environment
Ability to read and understand legal documents such as Notes, Mortgages, or Demand Letters.
Outlook experience preferred.
LoanSphere, VendorScape, Tempo experience is a plus.
