Hitting Instructor

*Full Job Description:* Gradum GSwing, the premier baseball training facility, is opening a location in Huntsville, AL.
We are amongst the industry leaders in baseball and softball development.
Our goal is to teach/train the youth baseball/softball players to be the best hitters they can be.
The Instructor will be responsible for carrying out and driving hitting lessons to both baseball and softball players ranging in age from 7 years old to 24 years old *Work Environment* This job operates in a professional, yet athletic environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers/scanners, and other baseball technology.
*Physical Demands/Requirements* - Outstanding work ethic - Passion for teaching the game - Create a competitive, fun environment - Maintain a level of focus that maximizes development - Work with the facility manager to build out development plans for each player - Carry out hitting lessons/instruct players of any age.
- Understand Rapsodo numbers/data and how to use them for player development - Industry experience College Baseball Experience Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.
